Har du lyst til å lese en morsom bok, begynn med en av P. J. O'Rourke. Er du politisk intresert, frisinnet og liker å være politisk ukorrekt er det en innertier. Han er en slags republikaner, men likevel gøyal og selv om du er raddis vil du også le med.Hunter S Thompson er gonzo journalistikkens far, men PJ overgår ham by a mile. I tillegg har han faktisk endel gode poenger. Mye er laaaaangt ute på høyresiden så ikke ta alt så høytidlig.
PJ skrev fast for Rolling Stone Magazine og var "Utenriksredaktør" i flere år, men det var bare fordi det hørtes bedre ut enn "middle aged drunk" som han sa det selv. PJ har også skrevet for andre store blader og gitt ut 12 bøker(en utgitt på norsk for maange år siden) og er fast gjest hos Phil Maher i hans politisk radikale talk show.
